Creating a Field Template

To create a Field Template:

  1. Open the Form Builder
Navigate to a form (new or existing) in the Form Builder.

  2. Add Elements to the Canvas
Drag in the elements from the toolbox (right-hand side) that you want to group—this could be anything from text fields to checkboxes.

  3. Select Multiple Elements

    • Click, hold, and drag your cursor around the elements you want to include.

    • This will highlight them all.

  4. Access Grouping Options
Once the elements are selected, a "Lock Group" slider will appear on the right-hand side.
Alternatively, you can right-click on your selection to access the same options.
