View Your Submission Data
To view collected form submissions:
You’ll now see a tile layout of all folders where forms have been submitted.
Each folder tile displays a wavy activity line showing submission volume.
Click on the folder to access all forms within it.
Access Submission View:
Inside the folder, select a form to open Submission View.
You’ll see a list of all individual form submissions, including text responses, timestamps, and any additional data collected.
Use filters at the top to refine the view by date, user, form version, or other criteria.
View Media Files
Want to view photos, signatures, audio, or uploaded documents from submissions?
There are two ways to access your media:
Option 1: From Reports
Option 2: From the Form Builder
You’ll now see all media files submitted through that form — organized by date and user.
Click any media file to preview it.
Use the download button to save it to your device.
View Graphs and Visual Analytics
Graph data allows you to visualize trends, totals, and performance over time.
To access Graph Data:
Here, you can:
View automated charts and graphs based on your form data
Toggle between Daily, Monthly, and Yearly views
Merge fields or data sources for deeper analysis
Filter data by field values, date range, or user
Use this area to generate high-level insights and export visual reports.
View Map and Location Data
If your forms include geolocation fields or if submissions were made using GPS-enabled devices, you can view all data points on a map.
To access Map Data:
The map will display pins for each submission based on its recorded location.
Click any pin to preview the submission data.
Jump to full submission details or media directly from the map.
Ideal for field operations, on-site inspections, or territory mapping.
Tips for Viewing Data Effectively
Filters are powerful: Use them across all views to drill into specific data sets.
Test before you go live: Submit sample forms to see how data appears.
Switch views based on use case: Use Graphs for trends, Maps for fieldwork, and Media for audits or reviews.
