Array’s Access to Your Account & Data

“Who can access my data?”

Updated over 3 months ago

It’s a great question — and one we take very seriously at Array.

Your data is your property, and while it’s stored securely on the Array platform, no one at Array has access to your account or its contents without your explicit permission.

We know how critical data protection is for your business — and maintaining your trust is our top priority.

Your Data. Your Rules.

Storing your data with Array does not mean we have automatic access to it. We never view, edit, or interact with your account data unless:

  • You give us permission, and

  • There is a clear operational or support-based need.

Every action is preceded by your approval, and we document all access accordingly.

Why We Might Need Access

Though rare, there are specific scenarios where we may need temporary access to your account. These include:

1. Support for Account-Specific Issues

Sometimes, a form or report may behave unexpectedly — due to custom configurations or unusual data inputs. To replicate the issue and assist you efficiently, we may request access to:

  • A specific form or submission

  • A report or dashboard setup

We’ll always:

  • Ask you for permission first

  • Clearly explain why access is needed

  • Confirm when the issue is resolved

2. Preventing Data Corruption

In extremely rare cases, our monitoring systems may detect issues that could compromise your data’s integrity. If immediate action is required:

  • We will notify you

  • Take only necessary steps to prevent data loss

  • Provide a clear summary of what was accessed and why

💡 Reminder: Any access by the Array team will only ever happen with your knowledge and consent — unless a critical risk to your account demands urgent intervention (you will still be informed afterward).

How We Keep Your Data Secure

Array uses the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure, which meets the world’s highest data protection standards, including:

  • ISO 9001:2008 – Quality Management

  • ISO 27001:2013 – Information Security Management

  • ISO 27017:2015 – Cloud-Specific Security Controls

  • PCI DSS Level 1 – Payment Data Security

We are also fully compliant with UK ICO regulations and other regional data privacy frameworks.
