Where to Find the "Share" Tab
When working inside the Form Builder, you'll see four main tabs across the top of the screen:
Create | Share | Connect | Results
Click on the Share tab to access all available form sharing options.
Note: The share settings panel will appear blank until you toggle the slider to "On". Once enabled, you can begin configuring how the form is shared.
Share Options Overview
The Share tab is divided into five sections:
Public Settings
Email
Link
Embed
Custom Link
Let’s explore each section below.
1. Public Settings
This section lets you control what happens after a form is submitted:
Redirect URL: Automatically send users to a specific webpage after they submit the form. Great for thank-you pages, more info, or next steps.
Password Protection: Restrict access to the form using a custom password.
Custom Logo: Replace the default Array logo with your own branding on the submission confirmation screen.
Custom Completion Message: Write a short message (e.g., “Thanks for your submission!” or “We’ll be in touch soon!”) to display post-submission.
QR Content: Add QR code content or merge fields using Docs markers.
Button Alignment: Choose whether the "Submit" button is center, left, or right-aligned.
Tracking Code: Paste in any analytics or tracking scripts to measure engagement and conversion.
Once configured, click Save to apply the settings to the live form.
2. Email
Send the form directly to recipients via email:
To: Enter one or more email addresses.
Theme: Choose an email theme (see Email Theme article for more details).
Subject: Add a custom subject line.
Message: Write a personalized message for the recipient.
Click Send and the email with the form link will be delivered instantly.
3. Link
Generate and share a public link or QR code for the form:
Form URL: Copy and paste the direct link into an email, document, or campaign.
QR Code: Download or embed the QR code for use on printed flyers, posters, or product packaging.
Social Media Sharing: Instantly post your form to platforms like Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn.
Example: Subforms Form Public Link
4. Embed
Embed your form directly into your website:
Embed iFrame: Ideal for websites that support iFrame embedding. Choose your preferred width and height, then paste the code into your web editor.
Inline Embed: Form appears within the page.
Popup Embed: Form appears in a modal overlay when triggered.
Embed HTML: Paste HTML code into your website or app platform to integrate the form.
Tip: For help with platform-specific embed instructions, check out our Social & Web Platform article.
5. Custom Link
Create a unique, customized URL for your form:
Add personalization to your link using field names or field IDs.
Example: Instead of a long URL, generate something like
yourcompany.com/forms/contact-us.
Custom links help with branding, tracking, and user trust.
Final Notes
Sharing forms is a critical part of collecting data, and the Share tab gives you everything you need to:
Protect your form,
Personalize the user experience,
And easily distribute it across multiple channels.
