Filtering Your Reports
To make your reports more actionable, Array includes multiple filtering options:

Click the Filter button in the top-right of the Reports screen to refine your view:
Filter | Function |
Priority | Show only tasks with a specific priority level (1–4) |
Team | Filter by assigned team |
Tag | Filter by task tags (e.g., Safety, Onboarding, Inventory) |
Time Period | Choose from Today, Last Week, or Last 30 Days |
Status Filters (By Headings)
Each report has a checkbox next to the status label:
This helps quickly drill down into only the data you care about.
Advanced Filters (Settings Cog)
Click the settings cog next to the Export button for even more granular filtering options:
This is especially useful when managing tasks across departments, projects, or client campaigns.
Exporting Reports
Once you've filtered your data, you can easily export reports for offline use or stakeholder sharing. Click the Export button (next to the cog) to download your data in CSV or PDF format.
Pro Tip:
Combine filters (e.g., Team + Tag + Period) to create powerful reports, like:
"Show all safety-related tasks assigned to Field Team A that were missed in the last 30 days."
