What are Task Views?
Task Views are different ways to display, organize, and interact with tasks assigned across your account.
To access Task Views:
Click on the Tools menu in the top-right corner.
Select Tasks.
Use the tabs in the top-left corner to switch between views:
Overview of Task Views
Status View
Gives you a quick snapshot of all tasks, grouped by:
Features:
Boards View
Tasks are grouped by tags, which can be used to represent departments, project types, locations, etc.
Features:
Create custom boards (tags)
Filter by Priority or Team
Add new tasks directly from the board view
Export from the top of each board column
List View
Displays tasks in a clear, scrollable list. You can toggle between:

Jump to today's tasks using the Today button
Search tasks by user
Filter by Priority, Tag, or Team
Add new tasks using the ➕ button
Export all tasks from the page
Calendar View
Provides a monthly calendar layout to visualize when tasks are due.
Features:
Switch between List, Week, and Month views
Use the Today button to jump to the current day
Filter by Priority, Tag, or Team
Search by user
Add tasks and export data from the page
Reports View

Use the settings cog to filter by folder or form

Creating a Custom Board (Tag)
Boards are powered by tags. You can create and manage tags in two ways:
Option 1: During Task Creation
Option 2: From the Boards Page
Click Boards.
Select Manage Tags.
In the popup:
Click Create New Tag
Enter a name and click Save Tag
Edit tags with the ✏️ icon or delete using the 🗑️ icon
Filtering Tasks in Views
All Task Views support various filters to narrow down your view:
Filter | Available On | Description |
Priority | All views | Show tasks by urgency (1–4) |
Team | All views | Display tasks by assigned team |
Tag | List, Calendar, Reports | Show tasks by custom board tags |
Period | Reports only | Filter by time range (Today, Last 30 Days, etc.) |
You can also:
Tick or untick Pending, Scheduled, Completed, or Missed checkboxes to show/hide by status
Exporting Your Tasks
All Task Views (except individual Boards) allow you to export your current task data.
Export Steps:
Click the Export icon in the top-right corner of the view
The export will respect your applied filters (e.g., Team = "Sales")
Downloaded file will be in Excel (.xlsx) format and include:
Task Name
Date Created
Assigned Users or Teams
Status
Priority
Tags
