ArrivesBy now works through a single app embed plus a set of Delivery Promise blocks you place on your product page. The older blocks (Delivery Estimate, Delivery Timeline, and Delivery Geolocation) are now marked (deprecated) in the theme editor. They will keep working exactly as they do today, so there is no rush, but we recommend switching when you have a few minutes.
How to switch
Step 1: Turn on the Delivery Promises app embed
In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize on your live theme.
Open the App embeds tab in the left sidebar (the icon at the far left of the editor).
Switch on the Delivery Promises embed (listed under ArrivesBy).
Click Save.
Step 2: Add the new Delivery Promise block
In the theme editor, open a Product template.
In the product information section, click Add block and choose the Apps tab.
Add one of the new blocks: Delivery Promise (Simple) for a single clean delivery line, or Delivery Promise (Steps) for a step-by-step order, ship, and delivery timeline.
Drag the block to where you want it and adjust its settings.
Click Save.
Step 3: Remove the legacy block
Once the new block looks right, remove the old Estimate (deprecated), Timeline (deprecated), or Geolocation (deprecated) block from the same template so customers don't see two delivery messages. Repeat for any other product templates that use them.
Your rules, markets, cutoffs, and other ArrivesBy settings carry over. Nothing needs to be reconfigured in the ArrivesBy app.

The app embed model gives ArrivesBy one shared foundation across your whole storefront instead of each block working on its own. That means:
Faster ETAs. Delivery estimates are loaded once by the embed and reused by every block on the page.
Consistent ETAs. Every ArrivesBy surface on your storefront shows the same date, so customers see the same promise everywhere.
Ready for what's next. New features will be built on the app embed, including an improved cart experience, additional product page blocks, featured product blocks, and collection page integration. Merchants on the embed will be able to adopt these as they launch.
