The countdown timer feature is available to all customers but it is not turned on by default.

You can use this feature if customers need to order before a certain time for same day order processing. This helps increase urgency because the customers know if they want to get the product sooner they need to order right away. The countdown timer gives them a deadline for making the order.

You can add and configure a countdown timer via the Shopiy theme editor.

From the Delivery Time app block settings in your theme editor, scroll down until you see "Delivery cutoff time"

Check the "Show delivery cutoff" option to show the countdown timer.

You can set the cutoff time based on your shop's logistics. For example, set it to 2pm if the customers need to order by 2pm for same day order processing.
