To view all your programs, go to the Programs tab in the Awareness Training section.

This article explains how to:
get an overview of an awareness program
analyze global program statistics
view employee performance
access lesson-by-lesson event details
2 – Prerequisites
Have access to Awareness Training → Programs
Have a role that allows viewing ongoing programs (Admin)
Ensure the program contains at least one lesson
Ensure employees have been enrolled in the program
3 – Accessing the detailed view of a program
In the Programs tab, locate the program you want to review
Click on the name of a program to open its summary page
4 – General layout of the program page
4.1 – Global program statistics
Displayed at the top of the page:
Employees Certified — number of employees who completed all lessons
Training in Progress — number of employees whose program is still ongoing
Delivered Courses — percentage of lessons already sent
Avg. Engagement — average engagement across all lessons
📚 Note
Engagement is calculated per employee as:
Number of questions answered / Total number of lessons delivered
Whether answers are correct or incorrect does not affect the engagement score.
4.2 – Lesson list
Each lesson appears as a card displaying:
the engagement rate
the distribution of correct vs. incorrect answers (hover for details)

4.3 – List of enrolled employees
This section lists all employees included in the program and displays:
their global status
their progress
their upcoming send dates
their individual engagement
5 – Viewing lesson-by-lesson event details
Click View Details on any lesson card. A side panel opens from the right.
5.1 – Available information
total number of lessons sent
lesson completion rate
list of all concerned employees
Employees who have not yet received the lesson are not counted in the completion rate.
5.2 – Possible lesson statuses

6 – Tracking program progress per employee
In the Enrolled Employees (100) section, a detailed per-employee view is available.
For each employee, Arsen displays:
the send date of the next lesson
individual engagement rate (based on questions answered in delivered lessons)
a progress bar showing lessons sent vs. total lessons
statuses of the last five lessons (Passed, Failed, Past due, etc.)
This view helps identify struggling employees, monitor global program dynamics, and measure progress accurately.
