The Just-in-Time Training page is displayed during a Training Campaign (phishing awareness simulation).
It replays the original phishing email in the employee’s browser and highlights the clues they should have noticed.
Customizing this page allows you to:
add your company logo
include your own educational messages
reinforce your internal identity and awareness strategy
1 – Objective
The Just-in-Time Training page:
replays the phishing scenario email used in the campaign
highlights suspicious elements that the employee missed
provides immediate context-based training to reinforce reflexes
2 – Prerequisites
Access to Settings in Arsen
Permissions to edit training content
(Optional) Verify the language set for each employee, especially if managed through a directory sync (AD)
3 – Access the Just-in-Time Training page settings
To modify the default training page used in phishing training campaigns:
Access Settings
Click your company logo (top-right of the screen)
Select
Settings
Open the Just-in-Time Training configuration. In the left menu, click
Just in Time Training
Open the
Phishingtab to view customization options
4 – Edit the training page content
4.1 – Choose the language
Select the language you want to customize in the dropdown menu
⚠️ Warning
Employees will see the training page in the language set in their profile.
If no language is defined, English is used by default.
4.2 – Edit the text displayed on the training pages
Edit the text fields to add your own educational messages
Customize the content separately for every language used in your organization
Click
Save changesafter editing each language
