To access the list of campaigns, click Campaigns under Phishing Simulation.

3 – Understanding the campaign management tabs
3.1 – View the available tabs
The campaign list is organized into three tabs:
Active: campaigns currently running or scheduled
Completed: finished campaigns, with export options
Archived: campaigns stored for reference
4 – Using the available actions in the campaign list
4.1 – Search for a campaign
Use the Search Campaign field to find a specific campaign by name
4.2 – Create a new campaign
Click + New Campaign to launch a new campaign
4.3 – Open campaign details
Click the campaign name to access its associated results and settings
5 – Reviewing the information in the campaign table
5.1 – Identify key information
Each row displays:
Launch Date – the campaign’s start date
Scenarios – the scenario(s) used
Status – progression of the campaign
5.2 – Understand campaign statuses
Pending – the campaign is scheduled
Running – emails are currently being sent
Processing – all emails have been sent, but event tracking continues
Completed – event collection is finished

6.1 – Manage a campaign
From the Actions column, you can:
Click
Detailsto view campaign information
Close a campaign in Processing by clicking
Terminate, which stops data collection

Available actions differ depending on the tab (Active, Completed, Archived).
