If a customer has signed up with an e-mail address that is used with any of their Social Media accounts our Social Pro feature will run an algorithm and provide you any pertinent information.

This will show you their social media profile links. You can click those links. You’ll be taken to the corresponding social media site and you can add them as a friend.

Larger companies use this tactic to gain a larger audience. If the customer friends you back they will then see your information in their feed. This basically allows you to reach a wider audience and can help you to grow your conversions.
