Introduction

As you work on your Art Storefronts website, it is to be expected that you may have questions along the way. As part of your Art Storefronts license you will have access to our team. This team is available in a number of ways including, scheduled phone support, live chat, Email support, and Technical Support Zoom Workshops that are run 5 days a week.

Tech Support Channels

Email Support (Creating a Ticket) *Preferred method*

To contact us by email we can be reached at cs@artstorefronts.com for Technical support or ms@artstorefronts.com for Marketing support.

You can also create a ticket directly from the Support Center by clicking on the Submit Request option in the header section of the page.

Live Chat Support

To open a new chat with our team, select the Chat Box from the back end of your website This will appear only when our chat team is online and available.

Chat operating hours are 9:00AM - 5:00PM Central time, Monday - Friday.

Live Webinars

Live webinars with our leadership and support teams are run 5 days a week, all of which will provide the option to receive real-time marketing or technical-related support. To join a webinar of your choosing simply click the "Join" link at the webinar's scheduled time, located below.

This can also be done directly from our Support Center by clicking on the Schedule a Call With Us button in the lower left corner of the screen.

We recognize that phone support can be beneficial for many and that our requested call calendar books up fast! If you're seeking more immediate help we would be happy to address your questions in one of our Webinar Break-out Tech rooms that take place 5 days a week. Or, we can create dedicated tutorial videos based on your request, and even take over a number of tasks for you entirely.
