Explore and Use the Items Section

View all your items, analyze performance, and take action by targeting bidders, wishlisters, and potential buyers.

When to use this

  • You want to understand how a specific item performed

  • You want to reach out to interested buyers for an item received low traction

What you’ll achieve

  • Identify high-intent buyers per item

  • Launch targeted campaigns based on real behavior


Steps

Step 1: Open the Items section

  • Go to: Left sidebar

  • Click: Items

In this section, you’ll see a table of all your items.


Step 2: Review item data

Each row in the table includes:

  • Title

  • Auction number

  • Lot number

  • Department

  • Status (Available, Sold, Unsold, Retired)

  • Estimate

  • Sold price (if sold)

  • Performance vs estimate (percentage when applicable)

Use this table to quickly scan performance across auctions.


Step 3: Open an item

  • Click: Any item row

This will open the item modal with detailed insights.


Inside the Item


Item Profile tab

  • View full item details

  • Click: Edit to update item information


Potential Buyers tab

This tab shows customers most likely to be interested in this item.

Each row includes:

  • Name

  • Contact

  • Hammer Total

  • Last Active

  • Fit Score (Strong or Good)

You can:

  • Select all or specific customers using checkboxes

  • Export selected rows as CSV

  • Click: Create Campaign to target this audience directly


Bidding Activity tab

View all bids placed on this item.

Each row includes:

  • Name

  • Contact

  • Bid Amount

  • Bid Status

  • Bidder Type

You can:

  • Export the data as CSV

  • Create a campaign targeting these bidders


Wishlisters tab

View all customers who added this item to their wishlist.

You can:

  • Export the list

  • Create a campaign targeting these users


Use case: Boost low-performing items

If an item received low traction:

  • Go to the Potential Buyers tab

  • Select customers with a Strong or Good fit score

  • Click Create Campaign

You can send a targeted message to:

  • Highlight the item again

  • Emphasize value or estimate

  • Create urgency before the auction ends

This helps you re-engage the most relevant buyers and increase the chances of getting bids on items that might otherwise be overlooked.
