Manage Team Accounts

Learn how to add a new user, assign user permissions, and how to grant and revoke account access

To access your Auction House Settings, click on your account name on the top right-hand corner of your screen to open the drop-down menu. Select Auction House Settings.

In the 'Team' section, you will see the names, usernames and user permissions for every user with access to your Artbrain account.

Each Artbrain account has three levels of permissions available to its users: Owner, Editor, and Specialist (see below for details). Only an Owner can invite other users to join and can assign permissions.

Add a New User

Add a new user by clicking on the "+" sign in the upper right corner.

Enter the Email Address, First Name, and Last Name of the person you would like to invite in the pop-up box. Click the "Invite" button.ย 

The new user will receive an email invitation to join your team.ย 

Please note that by default, all users are opened with Editor level access only.

User Permissions

  • Owner: The Owner serves as the primary contact for the account. An Owner has full access to all areas of the account, including inviting new users, changing auction house settings, uploading files, reviewing customers, and creating and sending campaigns.

  • Editor: The Editor can review items, upload auction-related files, and see campaign statistics on the dashboard.

  • Specialist: The Specialist can view items and auctions, upload files, and view and edit Customer Profiles.

By clicking on the drop-down list, an Owner can simply change user levels or revoke access by deleting the user.

If you wish to completely revoke access to the user, just click on the trash bin icon and the user will be deleted from the system.
