Manage Auction House Settings

Learn how to find your auction house settings, update your logo and other basic information

Some of these Auction House Settings will appear in your campaigns, so make sure to fill in all of the fields correctly and accurately.

To access your Auction House Settings, click on your account name on the top right-hand corner of your screen to open the drop-down menu. Select Auction House Settings

Upload or Change your Auction House Logo

From your settings page, you can upload an image from your computer.  

Update Basic Information

You can also update the following details from the "Auction House Settings" page: 

  • Auction House Name

  • Website

  • Auction house email (not your personal email)

  • Address

Just type your changes in the relevant boxes and they will automatically be updated.

Adding a sender profile for your email campaigns

To add an additional sender for your emails, go to the "Email Settings" tab and click on the blue "Add Sender" button.

You will need to add both a name and an email address. When a customer receives an email from you in their inbox, these details will appear in the 'From' field.
