To review your customers' recommendations in their profiles, follow the instructions below:
Navigate to your "Customers" tab.
Select a customer and click "Show Profile".
This will take you to the customer profile, where you can see the customer's details, purchase history, and preferences.
3. Click on the "Recommendations" button and review your customer's recommended items from your upcoming auction.
To view customers' recommendations in the campaign creation process, follow these instructions:
1. Navigate to your "Campaigns" tab.
2. Choose the campaign with the recommendations you would like to review. Click on the arrow button next to "View Report" and select edit.
3. Inside the campaign, click on the Summary tab. You'll see a white "Recipients" button.
Here you will find all your campaign's recipients. You can view their recommended items by clicking the button marked below.
