Using this campaign type, you can quickly generate a list of customers that should get your catalog. Instead of investing in printing and mailing catalogs to customers who don't use them, make sure you invest wisely.
Below is a step-by-step guide:
Go to the "Campaign" tab on your Artbrain account.
Click on the blue "Create New" button located at the top right of the screen.
You will see the following options:
4. Choose the "Catalog List" option.
5. You will be transferred to the "Catalog Campaign" page, where you will be able to create your campaign:
a. Select the Auctions this campaign will promote and click "Next".
b. Define the number of targeted customers - This is the maximum number of catalogs you are willing to print and send - then click "Next".
c. Edit the customer activity filters (if needed) and click "Next".
d. Set the minimum number of matched Items per customer (customers who have fewer matched items than the number defined here won't be included in the list). Then click "Next".
e. Go over the summary page and check that everything is set correctly. Click on the "Create campaign" button at the bottom of the page.
6. You will automatically get redirected back to the Campaign page, where you should see a new campaign with a purple bar "generating recommendations" (This process might take a while).
7. Once the recommendations are ready, you will be able to download the list using the "Download CSV" button.
8. Download the CSV file. Here you will find a full list of all the customers you should send the catalog to. Each customer line will also include the items that are most relevant to the specific customer.
Good to know:
We recommend choosing an audience number that is slightly higher than the number of catalogs you are willing to send. You may find that some of the customers in the list are not relevant (for reasons of your own), so make sure you have replacements for them.
The customers who appear in the campaign list are who we consider the most appropriate recipients of the catalog, meaning they will potentially create the highest revenue.
Note that the total number of lines in the CSV file won't necessarily match the total number of customers you defined due to the filters you specified.
If you want to create a new list for the same auction, you can edit the existing campiagn (there is no need to create a new campaign). Reset the filters to your new specifications, and you will be able to generate and download a new list.
