Using this campaign type, you can quickly generate a CSV file with the list of customers we recommend you call before your upcoming auction.
Below is a step-by-step guide:
Log into your Artbrain account.
Click on the "Campaign" tab in the upper navigation menu.
Click on the blue "Create new" button located on the top right of the screen.
You will see the following options:
4. Choose the "Phone List" option.
5. You will be transferred to the "Phone Campaign" editing page, in which you should define the campaign:
a. Select the Auctions that this campaign will promote and click "Next".
b. Define the number of targeted customers - This is the maximum amount of customers you are willing to call - then click "Next".
c. Edit the Customer Activity Filters (if needed) and click "Next".
d. Set the minimum number of matched items per customer (customers who have fewer matched items won't be included in this list) - then edit the Match Settings (if needed) - and click "Next".
e. Go over the summary and check that everything is set correctly. Click on the "Create Campaign" button at the bottom of the page.
6. You will automatically be redirected back to the Campaign Page in which you should see a new campaign with a purple bar "generating recommendations" (This process might take a while).
7. Once the recommendations are ready, you will get an email and will be able to download the Phone List Campaign using the "Download CSV" button!
8. This file will provide you with a list of customers you should call before your upcoming auction. Each line in the CSV file will include the following details:
Customer ID
Full customer name
Phone No.
List of the most relevant items per customer (Lot No. and Match score)
Link to their customer profile
Good to know:
If you want to create a new list for the same auction, you can edit the existing campaign (there is no need to create a new campaign) - reset the filters according to your target audience and you will be able to generate and download a new list.
The customers that appear in the campaign are who we consider the most relevant customers to call, meaning they will potentially create the highest revenue.
Note that the total number of lines in the CSV file won't necessarily match the total number of customers you defined due to the filters you specified.
