Before we start
Trending campaigns are used for sending highlighted lots from your Auction to the customers who didn’t meet the match score threshold according to the filters of the recommendations campaign, but may still be interested in the auction.
The trending campaign uses our AI engine to analyze the items in your auction and offer a better way to engage with your customers than just a general highlights campaign, with items picked manually.
Step by step guide
1. First of all, you need to create an Auction and a recommendations campaign.
After you create the recommendations campaign, you can create a trending campaign.
2. Log into your Artbrain account and go to the Campaigns section. Choose the recommendations Campaign you already created for the Auction. Click on the arrow button on the right side to open the drop-down menu, and choose 'Create Trending Campaign'. (Note: it can take a few minutes to generate)
3. When your trending campaign is ready, it will say 'Recommendations Ready'. You can then edit the campaign's subject, preview text, and design by pressing the down arrow and 'Edit'.
Note: your Trending Campaign template is automatically selected when a Trending campaign is created.
The Email Settings fields will auto-populate with the values from your last sent campaign.
Choose your Subject Line and Preview Text. To increase engagement, we recommend using personalization, such as including the customer's first name and the titles of their first two recommended items.
You can easily add personalization by selecting the relevant fields from the Personal Details dropdown.
