Artbrain's Consignment Campaigns allow you to send personalized calls to consign, and can include each customer's name and a relevant suggested item they bought in the past.

To create a Consignment Campaign:

Go to the Campaigns tab and click on "Create New". Select "Consignment Email".

Name your campaign and press "Next".

If you would like to target specific department(s) or categories, select them from the drop-down menu. If you'd like to send the email to everyone in your database, toggle this option off. **Note: if you turn the toggle off, you will not be able to personalize your email with a specific suggested item for each customer.

Select your item filters. These refer to past items bid on by customers who will receive this campaign. Important: if you'd like to personalize your emails with a specific item for each customer, you must select Winning Bids.

Minimum matched items refers to the number of items each customer has bid on in the departments or categories you selected. Minimum bid amount refers to the lowest value item the customer has bid on or won which fits into the selected departments or categories you have selected. When you've finished, click "Next".

Add your sender information using your pre-set sender profiles.

Add a subject line and preview text. We recommend using Merge Tags from the drop-down menus to personalize your emails and improve open rates. We suggest using the First Name tag in the subject line.

  • If you want to include the title of a specific relevant item for each customer, choose the Previously Bid Item tag. Reminder: Don't use this if you included non-winning bids in your Item filters, as this could send customers the names of items they didn't actually win.

Edit the design of the email to your liking, and be sure to send yourself a test email.

Save your campaign, and choose to Schedule or Send right away.
