Artbrain's duplicate campaign feature allows you to duplicate the design and content of a previous campaign, saving you the effort of manually creating the new campaigns you'd like to send.
To duplicate a campaign:
Choose the campaign you wish to duplicate, click on the arrow, and press "Duplicate". This will automatically create a duplicated campaign.
The new duplicated campaign won't generate recipients automatically, you will need to edit the new campaign and choose your audience:
Recommendations campaign:
When duplicating a recommendations campaign, you will need to connect the new campaign to a specific auction.
Go to the new campaign and click Edit.
In the General tab, please select the auction you wish to connect and then press the Save button.
After pressing the Save button, the campaign will automatically start generating recipients' recommendations for this campaign.
General campaign:
When duplicating a general campaign, you will need to choose the audience.
Go to the new campaign and click Edit.
In the Audience tab, please select the targeted department or categories you wish to include the campaign recipients, and then press the Save button.
After pressing the Save button, the campaign will automatically start generating the recipients for this campaign.
Notes:
You cannot duplicate a Trending or a consignment campaign.
Please make sure to review and test your duplicated campaign before sending, the same that's suggested to do with all campaigns.
