Artbrain's Recommended Customers feature allows you to identify the top customers that are likely to be interested in a specific item from your auction/collection.
How to see recommended customers for a specific item:
Go to the “Auction” Section
From the main menu, navigate to the Auction section.Open the Auction Items
Find the auction you want to manage, click the three-dot menu (⁝) on the auction card, and select “View Items.”
Filter and Arrange Lots
Use the available filters to sort or rearrange the items as needed.
Once ready, click “Continue Review.”
Search for the specific lot number you wish to look at and click on the magnifying glass or just press ENTER. Thet will direct you to the specific lot item page.
Click on the Recommend Customers button to see the top customers recommended for this item.
You can also download the full list as a CSV file, by clicking on the "Export CSV" button. You will receive an email with a link to download the list.
