Before exporting your data, please provide us with a few samples to ensure all the necessary data is included.
Note - not all data is mandatory, but we do welcome all the data you can provide.
Buyers/Sellers Data
Customers data:
Mandatory: Email, Customer ID, Subscription Status (subscribed/unsubscribed)
Optional: First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Postal Code, Country, Tags/Labels, Departments
Auction Data:
Past auction items:
Mandatory: Auction Number, Lot Number, Title, Description, Price (Starting Bid or Estimate Price), Category, Auction Date
Optional: Item Link, Image Link, Tags, Additional Categories, Status, Condition, Provenance, Material, Artist, anything else you are able to provide.
Past bids (including winning bids):
Mandatory: Auction Number, Lot Number, Customer Email/Customer ID (preferred by email), and Sold Price/Bid Price.
Optional: anything provided in your exports not listed above
Wish List (optional):
For lots your customers saved in a wishlist/want list: Auction Number, Lot Number, Customer Email/Customer ID (preferred by email).
Departments and Categories Legend
A legend of your departments, categories, and sub-categories (if relevant).
Marketing materials:
Company logo – high res, transparent background, PNG/JPEG.
Email marketing samples – 2-3 past emails (newsletter, consignment emails, etc.)
Optional – company brand book.
