How to reach the report:
Go to the "Auction" section.
Scroll/search for the auction you wish to work on and click "View Report". You will be directed to the auction's BI dashboard.
What's inside the report:
Overview section:
General insights about your auction performance (total number of bids, sell-through rate, your top sold item, and more).
Insights about your performance with Artbrain (successful matches and reactivated customers in the specific auction).
Data export - you can download numerous reports:
Sell-through rate - from here you can download an items report, that will contain data about your auction items and which were sold.
Successful matches - download the full matches report for your review.
Reactivated customers - download the full list of reactivated customers in this auction.
Bidders - download your bidder's breakdown (new bidders, reactivated, active).
Auction Items distribution - Departments and categories.
Auction personalized campaigns and their statistics.
Customers section:
General insights about your winning bidders (number of winning bidders and winning bids by active and reactivated customers).
Filter all your winning bidders by Customers' Labels and analyze them separately.
Data export:
Customers who are relevant and didn't bid in this auction.
Re-engaged customers: Inactive customers who clicked on your personalized campaign, but didn't bid.
Winning bids by first-time bidders.

Download the bidders' export and reach out to them directly - that personal touch can go a long way.
Want to make sure that customers that underbidders that didn't win keep bidding in your future auctions?
Download the bidders' report, filter the winning bidders and send an email to your non-winning bidders and encourage them to keep bidding.

Download the "Relevant Customers Who Didn’t Bid" report and reach out to them. Keep track if you see customers who don't show up to multiple auctions and find out the reason why.
