The Audience Explorer is a powerful tool that allows you to create, manage, and utilize segments of your customer or user data. With this feature, you can filter and organize your audience based on various criteria, such as personal details, campaign activity, bidding activities, and customer affinities. The segments are dynamic, updating in real-time according to the latest data, and can be customized, exported, and used to build targeted campaigns.

This guide will walk you through using Segments effectively.

Key Features:

  1. Real-time Updates: Segments are continuously updated to reflect the latest data, ensuring you're always working with the most current information. Changes are updated every minute.

  2. Filtering Options: You can filter segments based on customers' details, campaign engagement, bidding activities, and customer affinities, giving you fine-grained control over your audience. Make sure you use the right condition between the rules AND/OR. You can also create a new group to use different conditions inside a group vs. between different groups.

  3. Segment Editing: Customize and refine segments as needed, adding or removing filters to match your campaign objectives.

  4. Export Segments: Export your segments for further analysis.

  5. Campaign Integration: Build targeted campaigns using the segments you create, improving the precision and effectiveness of your marketing efforts.

  2. Click on the Edit sign.

  3. Adjust the filters as needed, adding or removing criteria to refine the segment and make sure to save changes.
