Templates control the layout of different campaign types so you don't have to create everything from scratch in a blank editor, or wait for your account manager to make changes to your design. You can customize every aspect of the email, from the layout to the content and images, add personalization with merge tags, and other elements to customize your email.
This guide will walk you through how to build your template library. If you prefer video guidance:

On the Campaigns screen, select the new Templates tab to access the Template Library.
You can search for a template or filter by campaign type:
You can manage templates for Recommendations, Trending, General, and Consignment campaigns. To design a new template, click on 'Create New'. To edit an existing template, click on the Edit icon or the three dots for more options - Delete, Duplicate, or Set as Default:
To create a template from scratch, click Create New. Choose a name for your template and select the campaign type you'd like to create a template for. Click Create to be taken to the template builder:
Once you enter the editor, create sections by clicking on the Blocks menu (1). You can choose from many different layouts. Then and drag the respective content features for each row in your design (2).

To insert a personalized touch, such as the first name of your customer, use the Merge Tags dropdown inside the text editor:
To add your first Personalized item or Trending item, click and drag the AI Item tool into your template:
In Settings - choose if you'd like to create Personalized Recommendations, or Trending Items and select your choice from the Recommendation Strategy dropdown. You can Select the number of items per row, from 1 to 3, as well as the number of rows.
In Properties - choose the title, price type and add a "Bid"/ "View Lot" button text:
All of the item properties are fully customizable by clicking 'Edit Style' on the relevant property.
If you'd like to add another block of items, such as adding Trending items below your recommendations, click and drag the AI Item tool again.
You can create up to 8 rows in a block. If you exceed the maximum allowed items, or make another mistake in the design, you will see an error at the bottom of your screen. Click on it to find out how to resolve the problem.
Click Save to save your template:
Click Preview Customer to view a preview of the template filled in with placeholder data, to verify that everything looks good.
You can preview the template on a variety of devices and resolutions:
Don't forget to send yourself a test email to see how it looks in your inbox. Make sure to click on the links and URLs if inserted.
Give your template one final save, and it's ready to use! You may set the template as your default for its campaign type, or access it from the campaign you're creating by pressing Change Template during the campaign design. **It is recommended to set a default template for each campaign type for reuse**.
You may also create a template from a Campaign Design in progress by clicking Save as Template in the top left corner of the campaign editor.
