Before you get started, send a sample of your Wishlist/Watch List export to your account manager. The file must contain at least:
Auction Number and Lot Number OR Item ID
Customer email address and/or Customer ID (note: only Wishlists uploaded with customer email will help to deliver your customers better recommendations by email)
Once your account manager receives your sample file and configures your account, go to the Customers tab to upload your first Wishlist file.
Press the Upload button, select the file you wish to upload, and follow the prompts on the screen.
Once you have successfully uploaded, you can see customers' Wishlist items by navigating to a Customer Profile. The Wishlist items are found in the customer Department tabs, at the bottom next to 'Purchases and Bids':
Uploading customer Wishlists adds even more data to be used for fine-tuning your customers' personalized recommendations. Crucially, uploading Wishlist data can help you reach customers with recommendations for them, even if they've never placed a bid.
