The Offers tab in ARTERNAL allows you to view and manage all works offered through SmartMail or manually created in one place. You can view all works offered to a contact, add notes, and update offer amounts for specific contacts. Follow this guide to learn how to use the Offers tab effectively.
How to Create an Automated Offer
Select the Work(s) to Send as an Offer.
Go to the Inventory tab and select the works you want to include in the offer.
Click on the Selection Cart
Click on Compose Email
Choose which details of the work to include in the SmartMail for each recipient.
Send the Smart Mail
Once you’ve edited the SmartMail and added contacts, tap on the Send All button to send the email to all selected recipients.
Viewing and Editing Offers on a Contact’s Profile
You can track, view, and update offers made to a specific contact from their profile page.
Viewing Offers:
Select the contact you’d like to check for previous offers. Go to the Offers tab.
You will see a list of all works offered to this contact
Editing Offers:
If you need to update an offer, you can do so directly on the contact’s Offers tab. Here are the fields you can edit:
Offer Date: You can backdate this field if needed.
Offer Amount: Update the amount offered if you’ve provided a discount or adjusted the price for the contact.
Notes: Use this space for details like who the contact is or any specific terms, like discounts given.

Create a New Offer
Tap on the + Create Offer button. A pop-up screen will appear where you can select a Contact, Offer Date, Offer Amount, and add any Notes.
