Once you’ve uploaded your custom fonts, you can easily edit their attributes like name, weight, and style to ensure your typography renders beautifully across your Online Viewing Rooms.

🔧 Where to Edit Fonts

Head to Settings > Custom Fonts from the left-hand menu under Organization. Here, you’ll see a list of your uploaded fonts.

Each font is displayed with:

  • Font family name

  • Weight (e.g., 700 Bold, 400 Normal)

  • Style (Normal or Italic)

Click the Edit button next to any installed font to update its details.

✏️ Edit Font Attributes

When editing, you can update the following:

Font Family Name

This should match the style intended for the font. Make sure the name is recognizable to your team for easy selection in OVRs.

Weight

Choose from a range of predefined weights:

  • 100 (Thin)

  • 200 (Extra Light)

  • 300 (Light)

  • 400 (Normal)

  • 500 (Medium)

  • 600 (Semi-Bold)

  • 700 (Bold)

  • 800 (Extra Bold)

  • 900 (Black)

💡 Tip: Accurate weight selection ensures proper rendering across devices and browsers.

Style

Select whether the font style is:

  • Normal

  • Italic

💾 Save or Cancel Changes

After editing the font details:

  • Click Save to apply changes

  • Click Cancel to exit without saving

💡 Tip: If something looks off in your OVR preview, double-check that the weight and style are accurately selected!

🗑️ Delete a Font

If a font is no longer needed, click the Delete button to remove it from your installed list. Deleted fonts will no longer be available in the Design panel of OVR 2.0.

🔒 Font Support & Format

Custom fonts must be uploaded in one of the following formats: TTF, OTF, EOT, or WOFF.

Fonts are currently only supported in Online Viewing Rooms (OVR 2.0) and not in other areas of the platform like invoices or PDFs.

❓Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Can I use my custom fonts in PDFs or invoices?
Not yet—custom fonts are currently only available in Online Viewing Rooms (OVR 2.0).

What file types are supported?
You can upload fonts in TTF, OTF, EOT, or WOFF formats.

How many fonts can I upload?
There’s no hard limit, but we recommend uploading fonts from a single font family at a time to avoid confusion.

Why do I need to set weight and style manually?
Font files don’t always carry clear metadata. Setting the weight and style (Normal or Italic) ensures proper rendering across browsers and devices.

What happens if I delete a font?
Deleted fonts will no longer be available for use in your OVR design settings. If an OVR was using that font, it may revert to the default system font.
