The Online Viewing Room (OVR) Settings Page is your central hub for customizing the look and feel of your digital presentation space. From uploading your logo to adding a custom footer, this page helps your OVR reflect your gallery’s brand and voice.

🖼️ Add Your Logo

You can now upload a logo to personalize your Online Viewing Rooms. The logo will display in the upper left-hand corner of every OVR you create, giving your digital presentations a consistent and branded touch.

  • Recommended: Use a logo with a white background for best visibility.

  • File types supported: PNG, JPEG, SVG

To upload:

  1. Go to Settings > Online Viewing Room

  2. Click Upload Logo

  3. Select your file and save

Add a Logo Hyperlink

Make your logo interactive by adding a hyperlink! When visitors click on your logo, they’ll be redirected to a URL of your choice—such as your gallery’s homepage or a featured exhibition.

To add a hyperlink:

  1. Paste your desired link in the Logo Hyperlink field

  2. Press Enter or click outside the field to save

💡 Tip: Be sure to include the full URL (e.g., https://yourgallery.com)

Add a Custom Footer

Use the footer section to include any additional messaging you'd like visitors to see at the bottom of your OVRs. This is a great spot for contact information, social media links, or a short gallery statement.

  • Formatting options are available to bold, italicize, underline, or hyperlink your text.

  • This footer will appear at the bottom of every OVR.
