Want to tailor your Online Viewing Room (OVR) links with specific information like alternate prices, special notes, or region-specific details? You can use custom inventory fields to personalize each link, even when all the links are generated from the same list.

This is especially helpful if you're sharing the same group of artworks with different audiences and want to highlight information that's relevant to each.


How It Works

Let’s say you want to show different currencies for different clients:

  1. Create a custom field for the additional price format (e.g., "Price in CAD").

  2. Add information to the custom field for the artworks in your list.

  3. When creating an OVR link, go to Artwork Settings and choose to display that custom field from the dropdown

This allows you to have multiple OVR links from the same list, each showing a different currency—or any other custom detail you want.

💡 Remember to only add this change for the new OVR link of the list, and not the original OVR link.


Here’s how it looks in practice:
