When uploading a header image to your Online Viewing Room (OVR), using the right dimensions will ensure your banner looks crisp and professional across all devices.

📏 Recommended Image Dimensions

  • Width: Ideally between 1400px and 2000px

This range is optimized for full-width browser displays.

    • Above 1000px – High clarity and detail

    • ⚠️ Below 1000px – May appear slightly blurry or pixelated

  • Height: Fully customizable

The Banner Height slider in the Header settings allows you to control how tall the image appears—there’s no fixed height required.

💡 Larger images are perfectly fine. Higher resolution typically = better display quality.

📐 Where to Adjust Banner Height

To adjust how much of your header image appears on screen:

  1. Open your OVR editor.

  2. Expand the Header section.

  3. Use the Banner Height slider to scale the height percentage.

  4. Preview your changes live in the editor.
