How to Edit and Update Contact Details

Editing a contact’s details is simple in ARTERNAL. Follow these steps to update or add new information to a contact’s profile:

Step 1: Access the Contacts Tab

  • In the Contacts tab, select the contact you wish to edit.

Step 2: Open the Edit Page

  • In the contact profile, click the Edit icon.

Step 3: Edit Contact Details

  • On the Edit Contact page, make any necessary updates, then select Done.

Sections to Edit:

  1. Basic Information:
    Enter the contact's name, job title, and other basic details.

2. Contact Type, Tags, and Roles:
Choose the contact type (e.g., individual, company, joint account, trust, or foundation). You can also add tags and roles to further categorize the contact.

3. Contact Info and Address:
Add or edit emails, phone numbers, and addresses. To add multiple entries, click the blue plus button.

4. Relationships:
Document any relationships between this contact and others in your account. This makes it easy to include associated contacts when sending smart mail.

5. Additional Information:
Enter any other relevant details as needed.

Step 4: Finalize Changes

  • After making all necessary edits, scroll back to the top and click Done to save.
