Adding contacts to a list allows you to efficiently organize and manage them within ARTERNAL. Follow these steps to add one or multiple contacts to an existing or new list.

Step 1: Select Contacts to Add

A. Adding a Single Contact

  • Locate the contact you wish to add.

  • Click the "Add to List" action icon on the right-hand side of the contact row.

B. Adding Multiple Contacts

  • For multiple contacts, click the small checkbox to the left of each contact you want to select. This will add them to your selection cart.

  • Once the contacts are selected, click the "Add to List" button within the selection cart at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Add Contacts to a List

A. Adding to an Existing List

  • After selecting your contacts, choose the desired list from the drop-down menu.

B. Creating a New List

  • If you want to create a new list:

  1. Select "Add a List" from the options.

2. Enter the name of the new list.

3. Click the checkmark icon to save it.
