You can add roles and tags to contacts and search for contacts based on these tags. Here’s how:

Step 1: Access the Contacts Tab

  • In the left-side bar, select the Contacts tab, then choose the contact you want to add the roles or tags to.

Step 2: Add a New Role or Tag

  • Select Add Role or Add Tag.

  • Choose the desired role or tag from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Create a New Role or Tag

  • If the role or tag you want to add isn’t in the dropdown, type the new role/tag and hit Enter to create and add it.
