On the Settings page, scroll down to Account and select Mail > Smart Mail.

In the Email Greeting and Email Signature text boxes, enter the default text you want to appear in all your emails.

Use tags like [honorific], [first name], and [last name] to automatically personalize emails based on the recipient's information.
Email Signature:
You can copy and paste the signature from your Gmail or Outlook account, and it will retain the original formatting.
