How to Add and Manage Custom Work Statuses

You can add custom work statuses to appear in the list of statuses on the inventory page. Follow these steps to set up a custom work status:

Step 1: Access Settings

  • In the bottom-right corner, select your Profile > Settings.

Step 2: Navigate to Inventory Settings

  • Under Organization, go to Inventory > Settings.

Step 3: Add a Custom Work Status

  • Under Custom Work Status, select Add Status.

Step 4: Enter and Save the Work Status

  • Enter the desired work status and press Enter, then click Save Changes to finalize the addition.
