How to change the status of works

In the ARTERNAL app, you have the ability to set work status as desired. Status options include Available, Hold, Sold, Not for Sale (NFS), No Status, On Consignment, Invoice Drafted, Invoice Outstanding, Invoive completed, Reserves, and To Be Approved.


1. On the left menu bar, select the Inventory tab.

2. Under the status column, select the status of the desired work, then select the new status for the work.

3. In the Change Status pop-up, select the Staff (the person who sold the work) or Contact (the person the work was associated with), then select Confirm.
