Learn how to add multiple prices to a work in ARTERNAL, customize price labels, and select which price is displayed as the primary price

ARTERNAL allows you to add multiple prices to the same artwork, associate these prices with customizable labels, and select which price will be displayed as the primary price. Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Select the Work

  • In the top menu bar, go to the Inventory tab, then select the work for which you want to add multiple prices.

Step 2: Add an Additional Price

  • In the multi-price box, select Add Price to enter a new price for the work.

Step 3: Add a Price Label

  • To enter the price label, select New Label. You can either choose an option from the list or select Custom to create your own label.

Step 4: Enter the Price

  • Enter the new price in the Price text box.

Step 5: Set the Primary Price

  • To choose which price to display as the work's primary price, click the radio button to the left of the desired price.
