Understanding the Inventory Financials Tab in ARTERNAL

Each artwork in ARTERNAL has a Financials tab that helps you track all transactions related to the artwork. Here's an overview of how to use this tab:

Accessing the Financials Tab

  • Go to Inventory, click on any artwork, then select the Financials tab.


Key Sections in the Financials Tab:

1. Expenses Overview

  • This section visualizes the split of revenue and expenses for the artwork.

  • It shows how much revenue each party receives and the expenses each party pays.

2. Transactions

  • This section automatically displays any transactions related to the artwork.

  • You can create new transactions directly from this page by selecting New Transaction, then choosing the desired transaction type.

3. Expenses

  • This section lists all the expenses associated with the artwork.

  • You can add a new expense by clicking the + New Expense button.

4. Price History

  • This section shows the artwork’s price history, including when the price was changed, the price label, and the user who made the change.

  • This feature helps the team track and manage price changes effectively.
