Learn how to quickly create and manage Contact Lists using the ARTERNAL mobile app.

Contact Lists help you organize groups of collectors, clients, or prospects so you can easily share Online Viewing Rooms or send SmartMail campaigns.
On iOS, you can create a new list in just a few tapsâwhether youâre working from the Contacts tab or directly from Search.
Create a List from the Contacts Tab
Open the ARTERNAL app on your iPhone.
Tap the Contacts tab at the bottom of your screen.
Tap Lists in the top-right corner.
Select Create New List.
Enter a List Name (e.g., âVIP Clientsâ or âFair Invitationsâ).
Tap Create.
Your new list will open automatically. Tap Add Contacts to start adding people.
đ Tip: Lists created on mobile will sync instantly with your ARTERNAL desktop app.
Create a List from Search
You can also build a list on the fly when finding contacts:
Tap the Contacts tab.
Use the Search bar to find a contact.
Tap on the contact name to open their profile.
Scroll to the Lists section.
Tap Add to List â Create New List.
Enter a List Name and tap Create.
Your selected contact will be automatically added to this new list.
Remove Contacts from a List
Open your list.
Tap and hold down on the contact
Choose Remove From List.

A: Absolutely. Your lists update across desktop and mobile in real time.
Q: Can I create a SmartMail using my iOS lists?
A: Yes. Any list created on your phone will appear in SmartMail on desktop and mobile.
