Need to export your contact lists into an Excel file? Save time by exporting instead of manually copying contacts. Follow these steps to export all contacts or specific contact lists from ARTERNAL.

To Export All Contacts:

  1. Click on your account profile in the bottom-left corner, then select Import/Export.

  2. Click on Export Clients.

  3. If you have a password, enter it when prompted to confirm the export.


To Export a Specific List of Contacts:

  1. In the left-hand menu, click on Contacts.

  2. Choose the contact list you’d like to export from the left-hand sidebar.

  3. On the list page, click the Export List to File icon.

  4. If you want to export contacts assigned to a specific user, apply the assignment filter before exporting.
