Common Errors That Indicate Your Email is Unlinked:

  1. Error in Smart Mail:
    If you try to send out Smart Mail and see "Error" displayed on the contact cards, this indicates your email is no longer linked.

  2. Error Fetching Email Threads:
    When opening an email, if you see the message "Error fetching the thread," it is likely due to an unlinked email account.

  3. Re-link Notification:
    If you see a re-link notification on your Mail tab, this is another sign that your email account has been unlinked.

How to Re-link Your Email:

  1. Go to Settings:
    In the bottom-left corner, click on your account name and select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  2. Access Mail Settings:
    In the left-hand menu, scroll down to Account and select Mail > Smart Mail.

  3. Link Your Email:

    • For Gmail users, click the Link Account to Gmail button.

    • For non-Google email providers, select the Link Account to non-Google email providers button.
