Your email might be unlinked from your ARTERNAL account for various reasons, most likely a change in your email account's password. If you run into any of the errors below, please try re-linking your email.
1. If you send out a smart mail, and it all says error in the contact cards.
2. If you open an email and it says Error fetching the thread
3. If there is a re-link notification on your page, here is how to re-link your email:
In the bottom-left corner, select your account name > Settings.
In the left-hand banner, scroll down to Account and select Mail > Smart Mail
If your email is a Gmail account, then select the Link Account to Gmail button. Otherwise, select the Link Account to non-Google email providers.
Sign into your account, then select Allow. You should see a message that your email was successfully linked.
