Preset Reports

  • Preset reports have a predetermined set of filters and sorting methods applied and act as an entry point to creating a Custom report. They will automatically update over time if any of the information in the report is changed in another part of ARTERNAL.

  • You can also select Favorites by clicking the star button which is useful for frequently referenced reports.

Custom Reports

  • Custom reports are created by making custom changes in a preset report, once you have started to customize your report the "Save as Custome" button will appear. The report will then also be shown in the Custom Reports tab on the right-hand side. These are dynamic reports as well so if the data changes in a row it will update within the report. If you would like to capture static information from Custom or Preset reports you will want to download that report as a .CSV file and save it elsewhere.
