Archiving or deleting works in ARTERNAL helps you manage your inventory efficiently. Follow these steps to archive or delete one or multiple artworks.
Step 1: Archive Works
There are different ways to archive one or multiple artworks:
a) Archive a Single Artwork (List View)
In the Inventory List View, click the Archive button in the Action column to archive a single artwork.

b) Archive a Single Artwork (Detailed List View)
Open the artwork’s individual page and click the Archive button in the top-right corner.
c) Archive Multiple Works
Add the artworks to the Selection Cart, then select Archive Works in the cart.
Step 2: Confirm Archiving
After selecting the works to archive, you will be prompted to confirm. Click Archive.
Step 3: Review Archived Works
To review archived works, in the left-hand banner, select the drop-down menu and choose Archived.
Step 4: Unarchive or Permanently Delete Works
Hover over the right side of an archived work to either Unarchive or Permanently Delete the work.
