How to Archive or Delete Works in Inventory

Learn how to archive or delete works in ARTERNAL’s inventory and manage archived works by unarchiving or permanently deleting them.

Archiving or deleting works in ARTERNAL helps you manage your inventory efficiently. Follow these steps to archive or delete one or multiple artworks.

Step 1: Archive Works

There are different ways to archive one or multiple artworks:

a) Archive a Single Artwork (List View)

  • In the Inventory List View, click the Archive button in the Action column to archive a single artwork.

b) Archive a Single Artwork (Detailed List View)

  • Open the artwork’s individual page and click the Archive button in the top-right corner.

c) Archive Multiple Works

  • Add the artworks to the Selection Cart, then select Archive Works in the cart.

Step 2: Confirm Archiving

  • After selecting the works to archive, you will be prompted to confirm. Click Archive.

Step 3: Review Archived Works

  • To review archived works, in the left-hand banner, select the drop-down menu and choose Archived.

Step 4: Unarchive or Permanently Delete Works

  • Hover over the right side of an archived work to either Unarchive or Permanently Delete the work.
