Live Lists in ARTERNAL are an efficient way to save Contact searches, allowing you to easily access filtered contacts. Unlike static lists, Live Lists automatically update themselves as you add or modify contacts. This feature saves you time and ensures your lists remain current without manual updates.
Creating a Live List:
Navigate to the Contacts tab.
Open the Filter dropdown and apply your preferred criteria. For example, you can filter by Tags.
3. Select a Tag (e.g., "Ben Baum") from the list to filter contacts with that tag.
4. The contacts will then be filtered to those with the Tags set as Ben Baum. Then, select Save as Live List.
5. Name your Live List and set its visibility:
Public: Accessible by everyone in your organization.
Private: Accessible only by you.
Click Save to finalize.
Accessing and Editing a Live List:
To access, click Live on the left-hand menu and choose your intended list.
To make changes, click Edit Live List at the top and add or remove filters as needed.
By using Live Lists, you can ensure your contact management remains organized and up-to-date without the need for constant manual updates.
