How to Batch Apply Consignment Terms to All Works

ARTERNAL allows you to batch apply consignment terms to multiple works in a consignment, without having to apply the terms individually. Follow these steps to apply consignment terms to all works at once:

Step 1: Access the Consignments Tab

  • Go to the Transactions tab, then select Consignments.

Step 2: Create a New Consignment

  • Select New Consignment > Consigned In/Out.

Step 3: Set the Consignment Date Range

  • In the new consignment agreement, select a date range for the consignment.

Step 4: Choose Contact and Add Works

  • Click Choose Contact to select the contact, then click Browse Inventory to add the desired works to the consignment.

Step 5: Apply Terms to All Works

  • Once the works are added, click the Apply Terms to All button.

Step 6: Enter Consignment Terms

  • In the Consignment Terms window, add the applicable information, then click Save.

  • You will receive a notification confirming that consignment terms have been successfully added to all works.
