The Merge Contacts feature in ARTERNAL allows you to combine duplicate contacts without losing any important information. Follow these steps to merge contacts efficiently.

Steps to Merge Contacts:

  1. Select the Contact Profiles
    Choose the two contact profiles you would like to merge.

  2. Access the Merge Option
    In the selection cart, click on the three dots (⋮).
    From the dropdown menu, select Merge Contacts.

  3. Choose the Primary Contact
    Select which profile will be the primary contact moving forward.
    You can toggle between the two profiles to review their information before confirming the merge.

  4. Complete the Merge
    Once you're satisfied with your selections, click Merge. The duplicate contacts will be combined into one, with all relevant information merged.
