If you have two of the same contacts and want to avoid losing any information by deleting the duplicate, you can use the Merge Contacts feature. Here's how to do it:

Select the two contact profiles that you would like to merge.

In the selection cart, click on the three dots > Merge Contacts.

Then, choose which profile you would like to be the primary contact going forward. You can swap them before the merge and review the primary and additional info that will be merged together.

After that, click on Merge, and the duplicate contacts are merged into one.
