There are two methods to export artworks from ARTERNAL into spreadsheets: one for exporting all artworks and another for exporting selected artworks.
Method 1: Export All Artworks at Once
In the bottom-left corner, click on Import/Export.
Select Export Data (Reporting), then click on Export Inventory.
This will export your entire inventory into a spreadsheet.
Method 2: Export Selected Artworks
Go to the Inventory tab and use the drop-down menu in the top-left corner to select the desired inventory list.
Choose the list, click the three horizontal dots next to the list title, and select Export List at the top. The spreadsheet will automatically download.
NOTE: the export list button is only available in inventory lists, not on the all inventory page. To export the full inventory, please use the first method.
